No. 12 Veterinary Grade Evening Primrose Oil Shampoo

Description

This shampoo contains three times the amount Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) than the No.10 EPO formula. It is a treatment-based coatcare product designed to nourish your dog’s itchy, flaky or dry skin, while restoring healthy, natural beauty to the hair. The active ingredient that makes this product uniquely effective is EPO, shown in clinical studies to correct dry skin not by covering over (occlusivity) but by actually initiating fundamental structural change within the skin. EPO is rich in Gamma Linoleic Acid which has been identified as the most Essential Fatty Acid in balancing prostaglandins (regulatory molecules that influence inflammation) in dogs with atopic and allergic conditions. The result in improved skin hydration, protection of the skin against environmental assaults and relief for inflammatory conditions.

Directions

Wet the coat, apply the shampoo and work it thoroughly into the coat. Let it sit for 2-5 minutes and then rinse completely. Condition the coat with Formula No.50 or No.51, rinse and then dry. If your dog’s coat is extremely dirty it may require a second application.
